Sanima Hydro and Engineering (P.) Ltd signed a contract agreement with Mewa Developers Ltd. for Due Diligence Study of Middle Mewa Hydropower Project (73.5 MW) on 20th June, 2022. The project is located in Taplejung district, Province No.1 of Nepal. It has been planned as a run-of-river (RoR) type scheme with an installed capacity of 73.5 MW, design discharge at Q40% of 12.56 m3/sec, and gross head of 471.47 m and net head of 452.45 m.
