Construction Monitoring & Bill Verification

This includes review of all the contract documents and verification of Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) for the disbursal on the basis of reports, photographs, project status provided by the client. Additional documents are requested with the client in case of disputes and site inspection is done if required. The monitoring work primarily includes construction work progress matching with bill of quantities, specifications, contract documents, and approved design and drawing. This ensures timely completion of the project complying with necessary quality and standards.
