1. Position: Electrical Engineer

            Openings: One (1)

            Job Station: Head Office with frequent site visits

 Academic Qualification and Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university
• Proven work experience of 2 years or more in Electrical Engineering, preferably in Hydropower or Renewable Energy Projects

• Proficiency in Electrical System Design, Control Systems, and Project Management

• Ability to work efficiently on Operation, Maintenance and optimization of Hydropower Systems

• Familiarity with Hydropower Plant Operation, Protection Systems, and SCADA integration
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical systems in hydropower projects, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve system performance and reliability
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation as needed
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance safety and efficiency in operations
