Sanima Hydro and Engineering (P.) Ltd. has signed a contract agreement with Global Hydropower Associate Pvt. Ltd., Nepal to carry out due diligence study of Likhu 2 Hydroelectric Project (33.4 MW) on 3rd May 2016. The project is located in Likhu River, Solukhumbu/Ramechhap District of Eastern Development Region of Nepal. It is a run-of-river project with gross head of 155.0 m, design discharge of 38.5 m3/s and expected annual energy generation of 260.55 GWh.
