Sanima Hydro and Engineering Pvt. Ltd signed a contract agreement with River Side Hydro Energy Pvt. Ltd. for Setting out of Structures, Monumentation of Permanent Benchmarks and Traversing of Tamor Khola – 5 Hydropower Project (37.5 MW) on 4th September, 2022. The project is located in Taplejung district, Province No. 1 of Nepal. It has been planned as a run-of-river (RoR) type scheme with an installed capacity of 37.5 MW, design discharge at 45.0 m3/sec, and gross head of 100 m.
