Sanima Hydro and Engineering (P.) Ltd signed a contract agreement with Mewa Developers Ltd. for Due Diligence Study of Middle Mewa Hydropower Project (73.5 MW) on 20^th June, 2022. The project is located in Taplejung district, Province No.1 of Nepal. It has been planned as a run-of-river (RoR) type scheme with an installed capacity of 73.5 MW, design discharge at Q_40% of 12.56 m³/sec, and gross head of 471.47 m and net head of 452.45 m.
