Construction Management & Site Supervision

We help to review contractor’s construction planning (material, equipment, schedule, etc) and assist in day to day supervision of work progress. The quality of construction work is rigorously checked to comply with intentional standards. Regular meeting with the contractor is done to discuss work progress, critical work, delays and disputes. Similarly, weekly and monthly report is prepared to update work progress to the client and financial institutes. Regular correspondence to contractor, client and verification of bills raised by the contractor is also a part of this assignment.
