Mr. Sajan Shrestha 

Mr. Sajan Shrestha is a seasoned civil engineer with over 16 years of professional experience in the hydropower and construction sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Institute of Engineering, Kathmandu (2007). Currently, he serves as the General Manager of Swet Ganga Hydropower & Construction Ltd. and as a Civil Engineering Expert at Sanima Hydro & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Throughout his career, Mr. Shrestha has been actively involved in several major hydropower projects, including Mai & Mai Cascade (22 MW & 7 MW), Lower Likhu (28.1 MW), Jum Khola (56 MW), Upper Sankhuwa Khola (40 MW), Mathillo Mailung Khola (14.3 MW), Middle Tamor (73 MW), Upper Tamor (285 MW), and Upper Kabeli (15 MW) Hydropower Projects.

Mr. Tuk Prasad Paudel

Mr. Tuk Prasad Paudel is a Hydropower Engineer with over 30 years of experience in project study, planning, management, and development. He has worked across Nepal, Russia, Norway, Liberia, and Afghanistan. Formerly the CEO of Sanima Mai Hydropower Ltd. for six years, he is currently the Executive Chairman of Sanima Hydro and Engineering (P) Ltd. Mr. Paudel has been involved in the development and coordination of several major projects, including the 22 MW Mai Hydropower Project, 7 MW Mai Cascade Hydropower Project, 28.1 MW Lower Likhu Hydropower Project, and the 73 MW Middle Tamor Hydropower Project, among others.

Mr. Kieron Paul Hanson

Mr. Kieron Paul Hanson is the founder and Managing Director of Hydroplan, a leading hydropower consulting company in UK. He has over 30 years of experience in design, installation and commissioning of hydropower plants throughout the U.K, Spain, Portugal, Kenya, Malaysia and Pakistan. Hydroplan has 3 offices in the UK and undertakes consents, design and construction management of small to medium hydro projects.  Kieron is one of the board members of Sanima Hydro and Engineering P. Ltd and also a board member of the British Hydropower Association.

Mr. Subas Chandra Sunuwar

Mr. Subas Chandra Sunuwar is an Engineering Geologist, with a Master’s Degree in Engineering Geology. He has 30 years of experience in Nepal and India with expertise in Engineering Geology and Geo-technical Studies. During his tenure he was involved in project identification, site investigation, feasibility study, detailed design and construction supervision of hydro projects.

Mr. Gyanendra Lal Shrestha

Dr. Gyanendra Lal Shrestha is a highly experienced geotechnical and tunnel engineering expert with over 35 years of professional experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Tunnel Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (2006), an M.Sc. in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK (1994), and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (1989). Currently serving as the President of the Nepal Tunneling Association and Expert Tunnel Engineer at Sanima Hydro & Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Shrestha has contributed to major hydropower projects including the Upper Trishuli 1 (216 MW) and Upper Solu (23.5 MW) Hydroelectric Projects.
